BFF Picnic

Best.... Spending time with bff before heading back to school was a must. Tonnes of works are waiting to be done. Who is going to be blamed? Me and myself. I love to put aside those works....so, photos tell thousands stories.....

Welcome & Goodbye

Happy and sorrow. The birth of Fariz healed my sorrow as after a month of his age, Faisal was called upon to face Allah SWT. He knows the best.

(SOMEWHERE OVER THE RAINBOW)

Every morning when we wake up for Subuh Prayer, we will face another day, a new brand day, lots of fun or maybe sadness. Do we have to get back to sleep just to skip that new day?

In my opinion, facing a new brand day is a way to face reality. Whether we like it or not, we have to go through any new phase in our life. I don't want to relate to other people stories but I would like to share what had happened to me.

Being Single and Hot, I have never regret what I have been through in my life. Yes, people would think, "He looks so happy after divorcing his wife"..But do you think I care. After what had happened with me and my ex-wife(God Bless Her), I take it as a new challenge to me. Being Single and Hot is a new adventure to me. After all, I never will lose my attraction (the only thing that i need to lose is some weight) and now I will be looking forward to my beautiful future.

It reminds me to a story that I read in one of the magazines about how precious we are. A professor gave a talk to a huge crowd of students. In the middle of talk, he showed his RM100 note to the students and asked: How many of you want this money? Everybody raised their hand. Then he stepped onto the note several times and asked; Do you still want this money? Still almost everyone raised their hand. So he metaphorically explained that our life is like the RM100 note. Even though the note being stepped on, the value will never change. It is the same to our life, even at one time you will be at the bottom of other people's feet, it will never make you dirty because your life is precious to those who are really loving you and be at your side.

I would like to thank to my beloved family; my grandma (as she said: You prove to people outside there that you are valuable. Buy for yourself a big house then you can start thinking of remarrying), my father (as he said: Life has up and down and I believe you can be a better one), my brother and sister (as they said: Forget the semandin, she brought too much misery in our life), my big sister, Kak Raihan (I will never forget your help) and many more....Oh gosh..............I have started to cry........my colleagues and my friends.....If I list it down, the list will never end....

Thank you Allah for letting me to experience it. As I always believe that experience is the best teacher in your life....

Thank You Allah

As I listened to Maher Zain, Insha Allah....I ponder myself what had happened to me in the past 12 months?
I have been a single man, a married man and back to single.. At first, I could not take it positively as I was ashamed to myself and people around me. Alhamdulillah............(another song of Maher Zain) I gradually accept it and redha to it. It should be nothing to be ashamed of...
Now, I am putting all my concentration on making myself to be a better man....yes.....some people have dumped a lot of curses on me, but I will never take it to my heart...biarlah....I will let them talk and talk and talk and we will see what will happen next....
Ya Allah, I believe that there must be something for me lies ahead of me waiting to be grabbed. I will never surrender to my broken marriage as I will see it as a hikmah......patience...patience...patience........

June 5, 2009. Mukah, Sarawak. Mr. Saiful Bin Hamdan is officially become the husband of Puan Hazrina Bt Siri.. How do I feel? Biarlah Rahsia.........

It is a new beginning in my life. I am no longer single and now I have become a leader, a leader in my own family. Shocking? Yes... It is shocking...but we need to move up and adapt the transition very well so whether we realize it or not, we will accept the fact that we have changed... A positive change.

Well...I pray to the AlMighty in hoping to become a good leader...a tolerant leader...an easy-going leader...Aminnn

Cinta @ Sayang

Sri Dang Sari

Puteri-Puteri Sarawak
Doris and Dominic

Irene and Brain

Tracy and Richiemond

Jessy and Stallone
I knew these talented students in year 2006 when I first time set my feet onto Bakong's ground. My first impression, they were very rough. However, once I saw them danced on the stage, all their characters were changed. The girls were totally different. They turned into princesses. This year, I was given the opportunity to guide them on stage...dancing. Please give comments on their make ups and costumes.

Parkson Grand

Salam and a very good day to everyone. Sorry for not updating anything, since I was busy with the usual clerical jobs every beginning of the year. Before I get started with my targeted topic, I would like to share my 2009 job scopes. My job scopes for 2009 are as follow;
1. Ketua Panitia English for Science and Technology. (Assigned this post since year 2007)
2. Bendahari Kehormat PIBG. (Since 2006. My second term, I really don't like this post)
3. Guru Displin Tingkatan 4 (Tingkatan yang dijangka memberi cabaran sengit dan getir)
5. Guru Majalah Sekolah (Dijangka English Language Editor)
6. Ajk Kelab Guru (Don't care and I don't bother)
7. Ketua Penyelaras Bilik Media Sekolah
8. Ketua Penyelaras Kantin Sekolah
9. Jurulatih Public Speaking
10. Jurulatih Parliamentary English Debate
11. Jurulatih Tarian
12. Guru Penasihat Kelab Kebudayaan and Drama
13. Guru Penasihat St. John
14. Ajk Perkembangan Staf
15. Ajk Pasukan Bestari Sekolah
When I looked again at my job scopes, my Goshhhh........what a terrible year. Sometimes, it is not fair when some of my friends did complain about getting too many job scopes where else their job scope is only one. Some of them did say, "Kenapa ko terima?" and I spontaneously answered, "Kalo aku tak terima, ko sanggup ke buat kerja tu? Dah semua orang tolak, sapa lagi nak buat?" Pedas and berbisa as usual. And again I still remember one kakak has advised, "Pul, ko amik semua tugas tu sebagai satu pengalaman. Jangan takut. Sebab ia akan berguna bila Pul pindah sekolah lain nanti. Yang suka tolak kerja tu kena ingat, hidup ini tak selamanya kita berada di atas, ada masa nanti kita akan berada di bawah. Bila dah diberi tugas kat sekolah baru, tanpa pengalaman, baru padan muka." In short, I redha jer!!!!
In response to the post created by my dear friend Terompah Biru about Parkson Grand, it is really grand. I was like, Oh My God! all the way window shopping in the outlet. Very outstanding. It reminds me Isetan of KLCC. Even though, I just went through all the stuffs but I really putting a hope that I will be back to look at the stuff. One of the most desirable thing that I wish to have is the culinery appliances. Wow!!!! No words can describe my feelings. I was like a sakai in there. I wish to have a bag full of RM50 notes where I can spend whole of it in there. Hahahahahah........ On the way out, I met with my ex lecturer. She asked for my comment and I said, " You don't have to fly to KL just for branded items where you can have it under your nose." Good job and I am proud to be a part of it. (Wasseh....macam lah kerja ngan Parkson) Pictures....click at Terompah Biru's Blog. Takder masa nak amik pics.

Schooling Session Has Started

Correct me if I am wrong. School is the best social place. I remember, a night before schooling, there will be many hot news, gossips and stories in our mind where the intention is to share it with the rest of our friends. So, we just get ready to receive or give comments. Thus, people who are still schooling, heyya heyya.....wake up and go to school.

Fate or Destiny

A few weeks ago, I always in a state of thinking about my future. Stay single or get a spouse and get married. To be honest, I never have any intention to get married at all. I never plan or even worst think about it. What has made me start thinking? When my mother demised early this year, I realised that she had missed a lot of things. Especially to see her children starting their family. This issue has been brought up by my grandmother. Along with tears, she nagged me to start my own family.
Not only her, all the relatives started to question and they really want to see me getting married. What should I do? I did consult my father about this issue. He explained to me nicely that if I get married, my wife will take care of me. She will look into my meal and my clothes. She will take care of me because nobody will do that. He added that he understood that before this my mother was the one who made things happen in our lives. That is why when she had passed away, me as the elder sibling should find ways to fill in the gap that we have in our family.
After a very long thinking, I decided to accept my grandmother's proposal. I surrender my destiny in the hand of Allah S.W.T. If I am meant to be someone's husband, I will accept it. Without further delay, my grandmother started the procedure, "Merisik". I asked her who is the unlucky girl? She said one of my second cousin, with a very fine family background and I will never regret in my life. I asked myself, am I ready? Then I remembered, an Ustaz in UIA who taught me once said, "We will always never be in a state of readiness unless you get involved with it. Take the challenge, pray to Allah S.W.T for His Guidance and find ways to adapt with the situation. Insya Allah, you will never regret on what you have chosen."
Being single is the best. Many of my friends say that. But they and me never have experience being double. Who knows that they will be a great adventure lies ahead and it will bring happiness in my life. On of my colleagues once said, " Hidup seorang memang seronok, tetapi cuba bayangkan hidup berdua dimana kehidupan tersebut saling melengkapi, bantu membantu, penuh memenuhi dan nasihat menasihati.

December here he comes

December is the last month in a year. December also is the month where me was born. This year, I have a different December. Last year in December, I was in Kuching accompanying my mother where she did her radiotheraphy. I had spent a lot of memorable time with her. She was precious to me. Honestly, I am never being fully recovered. I miss her badly as now I spend a lot of time alone at home. I can smell her fragrance and I sometimes can see her lying in front of TV, her usual spot. I miss her badly. I still remembered, when both of us in Kuching, she was crying in front of me when she heard from my father that they only had maggie noodle for Hari Raya Korban. Even though she was not a very excellent cook, but she never let us starved. The worst was we went out for dinner. In short, she was not only being missed by me but from the whole family.
In this year December also, we have celebrated Hari Raya Korban. The thing that makes a difference this year was, I celebrated my birthday on that day. That is because, on my birthday, I will be in school. I will be on duty for three days. When I was shopping for my birthday cake, I brought along my favourite cousin, Mohd Mahathir Hakim a.k.a Athir to join me. I was the one who supposed to be excited but the scenario had changed. He was very excited because he was born in December too. So, he expected that he would be celebrating together. It ended up with my cake was decorated with green tea fresh cream icing with Ben 10 picture. Very interesting. Whatever it is, the birthday party was a boom and both of us received a lot of wishes from the family. To Athir, i really treat you like my little boy. Happy Birthday.

Shai...........Part 2

After finishing my secondary education, I was afraid that I would not be selected for the matriculation level. It was very fortunate that later I did receive one from the Matriculation Centre of International Islamic University. There were a lot of things happened. Too many and I did not have time to share one by one. Hehehehe............ Till now, none of the experiences I had regretted. They taught and gave me a very good lesson and memory.

Memories.............

I am not going to explain anything. Just enjoy the pictures. They are all about me.

Shai????

Dear readers,

Assalammualaikum and a very good day to everyone. When I was browsing the net, suddenly I was called to share something with all of you.

I was born on 11th of December 1979 in Miri General Hospital at dawn. I was the first child for a newly wedded couple Hamdan and Zainap. From the picture, I was born in a very good shape as what I am now. Hehehe.........(You know what I mean and I am not going to explain anu further.)

Being the first child in a family was a blessed as from the recorded stories, I was pampered and all the intention had been given to me. However, I am never been spoilt (kaedahnya). I started schooling in Tabika Perpaduan and had my primary education in SRK Sayed Othman Miri. Later for five years, I had my secondary education in SMK Agama Miri which had given me such good memories. I did not recall some of the important events but I do believe, it must be something special.

to be continued.........

Majlis Doa Restu SPM 2008

Every year, our school will organize an event to bless the SPM students. The school believes that teachers' and parents' blessings are vital and important in the students' success. I was there as a part because I was teaching them English in Science and Technology this year. So, I was standing in front of the crowd to give speech. Trembling? Yes, but I managed to speak confidently. The content of the speech were all about answering tips and hopes. In short, I always wish the students to do well in their examination. Students who read this blog, please do your best.

SMK Bakong Boot Camp 2008

A week before we teachers have our holiday, the administration of the school had organized a boot camp. So no escape for me..... Just for that day, I had spent a lot for my attire and the sport shoes, last not to be forgotten my pink socks.

That day started with the strecthing by one of my colleagues, Ariffin. Then, the session started with the commander, the army sergeant... We were scared by their commands and voice. There were many things happened on that day. Our PK Ko-Ku almost pengsan.....lawaklah....that is why at the end of the session. I told her that next year, I will tell all the students that we teachers did better than them in 'kawad'. We did it under a scorching sun and we were ok. And I added, the strongest person was PK-Ko-ku. She was angry when she heard about it. However, she will be leaving us for a new school.

The session ended at 11.30 a.m. What a relief for me. Hehehe.....I spent only 30 minutes in the session. The rest I pretended to be sick. Hahahahaha....trick........
